Chicken Casserole with Stuffing

This easy to make cozy casserole is filled with tender chicken and covered with a savory stuffing topping. It's delicious all year long!

Ingredients

  • 6 ounce package Stove Top chicken stuffing mix
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4-6 cups cooked chicken cubed
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 10 ¾ ounces condensed cheese soup undiluted
  • 12 ounces chicken gravy
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray baking dish with non stick cooking spray.
  • Prepare chicken stuffing mix using just 1-½ cups water and butter as per package instructions.
  • In large mixing bowl, combine the cheese soup and gravy, whisk to combine. Add the cooked chicken and broccoli and stir again. Pour into the casserole dish.
  • Sprinkle with half the cheese. Top with stuffing and sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese. Cover with aluminum foil.
  • Bake 40 minutes. Uncover, if desired place under broiler for 2-3 minutes until golden brown - watch carefully so it doesn't burn. Enjoy!
