Pomegranate Martini Recipe
Just like Carrabba’s Italian Grill, this martini cocktail recipe is the new happy hour favorite!

- 2 oz vodka
- 1 oz pomegranate juice
- ½ oz triple sec
- ½ oz simple syrup adjust to taste
- Ice cubes
- ¼ cup sugar to line the glass
- 1 lime
- Optional garnish, fresh pomegranate seeds, orange or lemon.
Slice the lime in wedges, run a fresh lime wedge around the edge of the glass.
Add the sugar to a small plate. Run the rim of each glass in the sugar.
Add vodka, pomegranate juice, triple sec, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker.
Fill the shaker with ice cubes.
Secure the lid on the shaker and shake the mixture well for about 15-20 seconds to chill the ingredients.
Strain the mixture into the rimmed martini glass.
Garnish with fresh pomegranate seeds and a twist of orange peel.
