1cupbutter softened
2poundspowdered sugar
1teaspoonpure vanilla extract

2-3tablespoonscream or whole milk
green food coloring
multi-colored candies or sprinkles
Instructions
Line the muffin tin with 24 cupcake liners. Preheat oven according to package instructions.
Follow the package instructions and bake the cupcakes. Remove the cupcakes from the muffin tin and allow them to cool completely.
In a large mixing bowl, combine softened butter, powdered sugar milk and vanilla. Using a stand or electric mixer, beat until smooth and fluffy.
Place ⅓ of the frosting in a bowl, set aside.
To the remaining buttercream frostring, add 2 to 3 drops of green food coloring and continue to beat until evenly tinted. Transfer the green frosting into a piping bag.
Start by covering the top of the cupcake with white buttercream. Then using the green frosting, carefully dot around the circumference of each cupcake to making one or two rows.
Place candies and pretty sprinkles around the "wreaths" to resemble pretty holiday wreaths.
