1teaspoonwhite vinegar
1tablespooncajun seasoning
1rotisserie chickendeboned and chopped
1poundfrozen okracan also use one pound fresh okra, sliced
Instructions
Add the dark roux, diced onion, minced garlic, smoked sausage coins, chicken broth, white vinegar and Cajun seasoning to a 6 quart or bigger crock pot.
Cook on high for 2 hours (or low for 4 hours).
Add the deboned chicken and frozen okra and cook on high for another 2 hours.
