Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Generously spray a 9x13-inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine chicken, soup, cream cheese, milk, ranch seasoning, crushed red pepper, and half of the shredded cheese. Mix well until thoroughly combined.
Spread the chicken mixture evenly into a prepared 9x13-inch casserole dish.
Top the chicken mixture with half of the crumbled bacon.
Arrange the frozen tater tots over the top.
Bake, uncovered, in preheated oven for 30 minutes until the tater tots are cooked through and turn golden-brown.
Remove casserole from oven, and cover with remailing cheese.
Bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the casserole is bubbly.
