Air fryer Fried Eggs

Cooking eggs just got easier! Fried eggs are ready in a snap, with no spatter or messy clean-up!

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • non stick cooking spray I used pam olive oil spray.
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions

  • Spray a small cast iron skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Place in the basket of the air fryer.
  • Carefully crack 2-3 eggs into a small cast iron skillet.
  • Place the skillet in the basket in the air fryer. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the egg yolks are set to your preference.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Remove and enjoy!

Notes

No need to preheat the air fryer for this recipe. 
Remove and check at the three minute mark to check the doneness of the eggs.
