Easy Cheesy Pasta Bake

This yummy pasta casserole is an easy to make weeknight meal!

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces linguine pasta
  • 10.5 ounces condensed cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing seasoning
  • ½ cup bacon bits
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese divided
  • 5 slices provolone cheese

Instructions

  • Cook pasta, drain and set aside.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, broth, ranch dressing seasoning, bacon bits, and half the shredded cheese. Mix until all ingredients are combined.
  • Add the pasta and mix with the creamy cheese sauce.
  • Pour pasta mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  • Top pasta with provolone slices and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover with foil.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 28 - 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • If desired remove foil and place under broiler for two minutes to brown the top of the casserole.
