Light Vinaigrette

Bright, light and tasty a homemade vinaigrette is always 100 times better than store bought!

Ingredients

  • cup champagne vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons good olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Herbs de Provence
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Pour all of the ingredients except the olive oil into a blender and blend on high for about 30 seconds.
  • With blender on low, slowly drizzle in the olive oil.
  • Keeps in the refrigerator up to 5 days.
