Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons parsley minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl add the garlic, oregano, mustard, vinegar, salt & pepper. Whisk well to combine. Slowly add the olive oil & continue to whisk briskly to emulsify.
  • Or....do what I do....put all of the ingredients into a mason jar and shake vigorously - that's it, it's ready and easy to store if you don't use it all!

Notes

Greek Salad Dressing is easy and so delicious.  It's quick and saves you a ton of money compared to store bought salad dressing.  Making your own salad dressing will offer you & your family a better alternative to the chemically laden store bought version!  (Sorry to get up on my soap box....but it's true!  :D )  Give this a try, I bet you'll really enjoy the fresh taste!
