Air Fryer Eggs

Air frying is an easy method for hard boiled eggs! They make a great breakfast, perfect eggs for a potato salad or an egg salad sandwich.

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 ice water bath

Instructions

  • Place the wire rack inside the basket. Place eggs on the top of the rack.
  • Set the temperature to 250 degrees and the time to 16 minutes.
  • When the timer is up, remove the basket and using a pair of tongs, remove the eggs and place the eggs in an ice water bath.
  • Peel eggs and enjoy!

Notes

The first time you make air fryer boiled eggs, test with one egg. Because not all air fryers work the same, yours may take more or less time. Unfortunately, not all air fryer models work the same. Just adjust the time and temperature accordingly!
  • For a soft boiled egg, cook for 8 minutes at 250 degrees.
  • For extra large eggs, you may need to cook for 2 minutes longer.
