Ingredients

  • 6 jalapenos
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup bacon baked until crispy and crumbled
  • 12 black olives
  • 1 refrigerated package of Crescent Rolls dough

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Remove stem, slice jalapeños in half lengthwise. Remove seeds.
  • In a small bowl, combine softened cream cheese and bacon pieces.
  • Fill each jalapeño half with cream cheese mixture.
  • Place two olives towards the top of the jalapeños to make the eyeballs.
  • Separate the crescent rolls into 4 parts. Press down on the perforation to make each one a solid sheet. Using a pizza cutter, slice each of the 4 sections into 9 thin strips.
  • Wrap each jalapeno with 3 strips of crescent roll, going from top to bottom, then back down.
  • Place the wrapped jalapenos onto the baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes.
