Super fun Halloween Poppers! Stuffed jalapeños peppers filled with creamy cheese and bacon made with only a handful of ingredients! These fun little bites are always a favorite!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Remove stem, slice jalapeños in half lengthwise. Remove seeds.
In a small bowl, combine softened cream cheese and bacon pieces.
Fill each jalapeño half with cream cheese mixture.
Place two olives towards the top of the jalapeños to make the eyeballs.
Separate the crescent rolls into 4 parts. Press down on the perforation to make each one a solid sheet. Using a pizza cutter, slice each of the 4 sections into 9 thin strips.
Wrap each jalapeno with 3 strips of crescent roll, going from top to bottom, then back down.
Place the wrapped jalapenos onto the baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes.
