Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons paprika or smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons kosher salt I use coarse salt
  • 2 tablespoons coarse black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill weed
  • 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon coriander
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a small screw top jar, mix well
  • Store sealed in the pantry or for longer shelf life in the freezer.

Be sure to label your spice mix! Store in a tightly sealed jar in the pantry. It will keep up to two years as long as it's sealed well.
