Ingredients

tomatillos
peeled and washed

Anaheim chili
seeded and sliced in half

jalapeno
seeded and sliced in half
1
cup
chicken stock
*vegan option - substitute water or vegetable stock
½
yellow onion
rough chop

teaspoon
salt
1
lime
juiced
Instructions
Clean and peel the tomatillos, set aside. Slice the chili and jalapeno in half, remove seeds.
Preheat the grill to 400 degrees.
Grill the tomatillos, chili and pepper until lightly charred.
Add the grilled ingredients to a blender, adding in the remaining ingredients. Blend until well chopped.
Serve with your favorite crackers and enjoy!
Notes
*Want to make this vegan? Simply substitute vegetable stock or water for chicken stock!
