Granola and Yogurt Parfait

An easy make-ahead breakfast parfait. This is a great breakfast all week long!

Ingredients

  • 1 quart plain yogurt
  • 2 cups raspberries or strawberries
  • 1 cup granola
  • ½ cup walnuts or almonds chopped
  • 3 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

  • Clean berries. Mash half of them, saving the other half for garnish
  • Add the vanilla extract to the yogurt, mix well. Mix in the mashed berries.
  • Add dollops of yogurt to pretty bowls or mason jars. Top with berries, granola, walnuts, and a drizzle of honey.
  • Make ahead and refrigerate overnight. This will keep in the refrigerator for up to three days.
