Granola and Yogurt Parfait
An easy make-ahead breakfast parfait. This is a great breakfast all week long!

- 1 quart plain yogurt
- 2 cups raspberries or strawberries
- 1 cup granola
- ½ cup walnuts or almonds chopped
- 3 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
Clean berries. Mash half of them, saving the other half for garnish
Add the vanilla extract to the yogurt, mix well. Mix in the mashed berries.
Add dollops of yogurt to pretty bowls or mason jars. Top with berries, granola, walnuts, and a drizzle of honey.
Make ahead and refrigerate overnight. This will keep in the refrigerator for up to three days.
