Brownies Bundt Cake with Strawberries
Brownie Bundt Cake with Strawberries - rich chocolatey brownies, served with strawberries, ice cream and chopped macadamia nuts. The finishing touch is a drizzle of fudge and caramel.

- 1 box brownie mix
- 1 pint strawberries
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- Chocolate sauce
- Caramel sauce
- Chopped macadamia nuts
Prepare and bake the brownie mix according to package directions. If desired, use mini bundt cake molds, adjust cooking time accordingly. Allow to cool and remove from molds, cool completely.
While the brownies are baking, clean and slice the strawberries. Sprinkle with sugar and set aside to macerate. Chop the nuts.
When you are ready to assemble, slice the cake in half horizontally (if desired). Layer the cake with ice cream, sliced strawberries, chocolate and caramel sauce, top with chopped macadamia nuts. Top with another layer of cake and repeat.
Ridiculously over-the-top and delicious - enjoy!
