¼cupKellogg's Cracklin' Oat Bran
¼chopped nuts
Assorted chopped fruit - I used apricotsstrawberries and cherries
Instructions
Start by chopping and dicing your fruit - set aside.
Into your blender add the frozen Acai Berries, frozen bananas (broken into several pieces) and yogurt. Add just enough milk - a couple tablespoons or so to get the mixture moving in the blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a bowl, top with the cereal, nuts and your favorite fruits.
*If you are unable to find frozen Acai Berries - substitute with ¾ cup frozen blueberries.
