Ingredients

  • ¾ cup frozen Acia Berry*
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 frozen bananas**
  • couple splashes of milk just to get everything blending or almond milk
  • ¼ cup Kellogg's Cracklin' Oat Bran
  • ¼ chopped nuts
  • Assorted chopped fruit - I used apricots strawberries and cherries

Instructions

  • Start by chopping and dicing your fruit - set aside.
  • Into your blender add the frozen Acai Berries, frozen bananas (broken into several pieces) and yogurt. Add just enough milk - a couple tablespoons or so to get the mixture moving in the blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a bowl, top with the cereal, nuts and your favorite fruits.

    *If you are unable to find frozen Acai Berries - substitute with ¾ cup frozen blueberries.
