  • 4 pound to 4 1/2 boneless chuck roast
  • 1 10 1/2 oz can of Beef Consomm√©
  • 1 10 1/2 oz can of French Onion Soup
  • 1 packet dry Onion Soup Mix I used Lipton Onion Soup Mix


  • Place the roast in the slow cooker.
  • Pour beef consume soup and french onion soup over the roast. Sprinkle with the dry onion soup mix.
  • Cover and set temperature on high - your meal will be done in 8 hours.
