White Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Ingredients

  • 20 large strawberries
  • 1 ½ cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Wash the strawberries and let them dry or blot dry with a paper towel.
  • Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper or waxed paper.
  • In a medium glass bowl add the white chocolate and vegetable oil.
  • Melt in the microwave for 1 minute, stirring halfway.
  • Remove from the microwave, and stir.
  • Take one strawberry at a time and dip the lower half into the white chocolate. Let the white chocolate drip for a few seconds, to avoid any excess.
  • Gently place the strawberry on the baking sheet.
  • Place in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
