Tear up the bread loaf into 1-2” pieces and place in a large mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl add the melted butter, 1 cup of brown sugar, eggs, salt, milk, vanilla and cinnamon. Mix with a whisk eggs and ingredients to combine.
Pour the egg mixture over the bread, evenly and refrigerate. Allow to sit/soak for 30/60 minutes or overnight.
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x13” casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Pour the egg bread mixture into prepared casserole dish.
In a small bowl mix flour with ¼ cup brown sugar.
Sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
Bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes.
Remove and allow to sit for 10 minutes. Slice and serve with powdered sugar and syrup.
