Lipton Onion Soup Meatloaf

Classic meatloaf makes the best comfort food dinner and leftovers, terrific sandwiches! The whole family will love this easy recipe!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup stuffing mix
  • ½ cup tomato juice
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 packet Lipton Dry Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup catsup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degree. Line baking pan with foil or parchment paper for easy clean up.
  • Place ground beef in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add eggs, dry stuffing mix or bread crumbs, diced onions, tomato juice, parmesan cheese and Worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle in Lipton Onion Soup Mix and combine. Do not over mix .
  • Place meatloaf mixture on baking sheet, form into loaf.
  • Combine ketchup, mustard and brown sugar. Slather over the top of the meatloaf.
  • Place meatloaf in preheated oven. Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour ⅕ minutes. Or until your meat thermometer registers 160 degrees.
  • Remove from oven, cover lightly with foil and allow to rest for 10 minutes prior to slicing.
