Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower

This yummy easy to make air fryer buffalo cauliflower is a guilt-free snack, packed with flavor and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower about 1½ lbs.
  • 3 tbsp. Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. unsalted butter melted
  • ½ tsp. kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp. cornstarch

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees.
  • Prepare cauliflower - Break off the florets. Try to keep them close to the same size. Set aside.
  • In aa large mixing bowl whisk together the melted butter, hot sauce, garlic powder and salt.
  • Add the cauliflower to the buffalo sauce mixture and toss to combine. Sprinkle with the cornstarch and mix again.
  • Place cauliflower into the air fryer basket and fry for 15 minutes, tossing once or twice halfway through, until the cauliflower is browned in spots.

Notes

Air Fryer Tips
Avoid overcrowding when frying because the vegetable won't be crispy.
Depending on the size of your hair fryer, you may need to fry the buffalo cauliflower in batches. 
Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare baking sheet by spraying with non stick cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. Follow steps 2-4 above.
  3. Place prepared cauliflower on baking sheet. Spread out, do not crowd. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, flipping once during baking.
