Strawberry Funfetti Cake Mix Cookies

  • silicone baking mat

Ingredients

  • 1 15.5 oz. strawberry funfetti cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • ¼ cup sprinkles optional, but they make these cookies even prettier!

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
  • Mix together the cake mix, eggs and butter.
  • Using a small ice cream scoop, scoop into one inch balls.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes until the cookies are just set in the middle.

Notes

  • It's best not to over-bake these cookies. Bake until golden brown on the bottom and just set in the middle.
  • You can crowd these on the cookie sheet, they really don't expand or spread while baking.
  • An extra pinch of sprinkles on top make these cookies super festive!
