2 lbs. fresh green beans 2 slices bacon thick cut 1 onion diced 1 clove garlic minced 1 cup water 1 chicken bouillon cube
Wash the green beans, snap off the stem end.
Dice the bacon, set the pressure cooker to saute and cook for five minutes.
Mince the garlic and dice the onions. Add them to the bacon, continue to saute for another five minutes until the onions are tender and caramelized.
Next pour in water, add bouillon cube and the green beans, seal the pressure cooker.
Set to manual and timer to 0, quick release at the end.
