Make Ahead Breakfast Parfait

- 1 quart plain yogurt
- 2 cups raspberries or strawberries
- 1/2 cup walnuts chopped
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Clean berries. Mash half of them, saving the other half for garnish
Add the vanilla extract to the yogurt, mix well. Mix in the mashed berries
Add dollops of yogurt to pretty bowls. Top with berries, walnuts, chia seeds and a drizzle of honey
Make ahead and refrigerate overnight. This will keep in the refrigerator for up to three days.
