Old Fashioned Stuffed Bell Peppers

You'll love these old fashioned stuffed peppers with a hearty, cheesy filling!


Cut the tops off the peppers. Scoop out the seeds and as much of the membrane as possible.

Cook the beef, and Italian sausage, breaking up the lumps until the meat is cooked through.

Add the diced onions and bell peppers to  the cooked beef. Season with Montreal steak seasoning, Worcestershire  sauce and red pepper flakes.

Spoon the meat mixture into the   bell peppers. Top with the  shredded cheese, cover with   foil and bake for 35 minutes.

If desired, place under broiler for two minutes to brown the cheese.
