Good News and Bad News
Well….let’s start off with the good news….I will now be posting recipes with Nutritional Information. How exciting is that? This will allow you to choose recipes that work for your dietary guidelines, yay!
Bad news….the recipe I’m starting off with is a no bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cheesecake.
Here’s the nutritional breakdown for that recipe. Drum roll please…..
Ouch! After this one I had to do some sit-ups and run an extra mile. My hubby of course had two big slices. Why is it that men can eat whatever they want and don’t gain a pound? Sometimes life just isn’t fair! 😀
Don’t get me wrong…..this cheesecake is absolutely fabulous! Although I suggest 8 servings, you could serve smaller slices, stretch it to 10 slices and still feel very satisfied!
