Fall Flavored Pork Roast
I’m enjoying cooking with the flavors of the season and Fall Flavored Pork Roast recipe brings them together. Adding pumpkin pie spice fills the whole house with a mouth watering aroma.
It was really that simple – I combined pumpkin pie spice, salt & pepper. Cut slits into the roast and stuffed with garlic, apples and sage.
From there simply tucked it into the oven at a high temperature – 425 and then after 15 minutes reduced it to 350 to complete the roasting, about 40 minutes more until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Simple, delicious, yes!
Yum! And the leftovers made for some delicious sandwiches, a fantastic pork stir fried rice and of course….soup! I hope you enjoy this recipe!
