This month is #BeerMonth and I have gotten together with several of my fellow bloggers to celebrate! We’ve each prepared a recipe especially for #BeerMonth using beer. I chose to make Beer Braised Chicken Stew!
Ok….I know you’ve asked me for recipes that are 30 minutes or less, but braising isn’t something that can be accomplished in that time period. So this weekend when you have just a touch of time on your hands, make this and believe me….it is well worth it!
