Here's what happens when you combine the ingredients - the avocado makes it creamy, the chili powder does not create any heat but enhances the flavor of the cocoa. The salt and vanilla balance out the sweetness completely!
You'll start by thawing the pastry sheets. Follow the product instructions to thaw. When it is thawed, unfold the pastry sheet onto a lightly floured surface. Roll it out and then using a pizza cutter, slice along each fold - you'll have three strips. Then cut each strip into four pieces. You'll have 12 pieces total.
Slice the strawberries.
Place the pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Prick each pastry with a fork and bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 12-15 minutes until they are golden brown. Allow to cool.
Make the Dark Chocolate Mousse - Add all of the ingredients to a blender or food processor and process until completely smooth. Stopping a couple of times to scrape down the sides of the machine. Process until smooth and velvety.
To build the pastries remove the puffed top of the pastry. Spread the dark chocolate mousse on the bottom, top with sliced strawberries, add the top pastry layer. Drizzle with a bit of honey and top with a dollop of Reddi-wip.
