Have you ever grilled sweet corn? I think it’s so much easier than boiling it. Grilling sweet corn intensifies the flavor and really brings out the sweetness in the corn. It’s really easy to do, just shuck the corn, remove the silk, add a little olive oil, salt & pepper and over the hot coals it goes! Get a nice bit of char on the corn and it will be cooked to perfection! I put on quite a bit of corn when we grilled last and had some leftovers. I took that left over grilled corn and made a delicious grilled corn salad. Such a fresh burst of summer flavor!
