Corned Beef and Cabbage Stew
Happy (almost) St. Patrick’s Day!
If you’ve been following my Facebook page, I’ve been touting this stew for a couple of days now. And there’s a good reason….it’s an excellent stew!
If you’re having a get-together or celebrating with family, this is definitely something you’ll want to include and although I shared this soup last year, I think it’s worth sharing again! This stew is thick, rich and hearty and all the hard work is done by letting it simmer away on the stove. The meat will be tender and juicy and the vegetables perfectly done. Your family and friends will love it!
